The eMbedded Visual Tools can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft. It is also possible to order a CD-ROM (posting and handling charges apply).

The software developer kit (SDK) contains the necessary libraries and function calls to generate programs in eMbedded Visual C++ (eVc++) for the EDAS CE.
